Our team will be on hand to bring your loved one into our care, no matter whether they're resting at home, in a care home or at a hospital.
We have multiple operations teams and a fleet of top-of-the-line funeral ambulances, with teams on standby at all times of the day based at our operational hub in Cannock, Staffordshire, in the centre of the UK.
If your loved one is at home, our friendly staff will arrange for collection within a matter of hours using our discreet, unmarked ambulance and they will call you when they are 30 minutes from you. If your loved one is at a hospital or a care home, we will liaise with them to work out an appropriate collection time.
Once collected, our team will bring your loved one to our first-class mortuary facilities with dignity and care to prepare them for cremation.
