Our attended, personal cremation is perfect for those looking for a fuss-free farewell and a final chance to say goodbye. With our dignified and affordable attended cremations you can have up to 8 people attend a 10 minute service or up to 20 people attend a 20 minute service.

A direct or attended cremation will take place in your region (where possible). We recommend you let your family and friends know of your plans in advance if you’re having an attended funeral at one of our crematoria.
Upon arranging a funeral, once you’ve agreed the type of service that you’d like, one of our Customer Service Specialists will take the payment in full, which can be made by credit or debit card.
For those planning ahead, we offer funeral plans that can be paid for upfront or in monthly instalments, allowing you to arrange and pay for your funeral in advance.
If you’re on certain benefits, you may be eligible to receive help from the government towards funeral costs.

Yes, as long you are over 18 you can take out a prepaid funeral plan for a direct cremation. A prepaid direct cremation plan is an agreement set up between you and your funeral provider. The funeral can be chosen and paid for in advance, providing a straightforward way to organise your future and ensuring a direct cremation for you when the time comes.

We take pride in offering the deceased a dignified send-off. While in our care we wash their body, wash and comb their hair and dress them before the cremation.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer viewings of the deceased before, or during, the cremation.
You can, and it can make things easier and less stressful for when the time comes. If a loved one is suffering from a life limiting ailment, the dying person may want to be involved in their own funeral arrangements. Or a funeral can be planned when you're healthy with a funeral plan. We're happy to talk through your options 24/7 on 01543 211997.
You have a choice. You can either have the ashes personally hand delivered within 14 days or scattered in the garden of rememberance at the crematorium.
With Distinct Cremations, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrange the funeral. This includes the completion of the necessary paperwork and the cremation itself. Once the cremation has taken place, the ashes will be personally returned by our team within 14 days.
