The staff who I spoke with were always polite, sensitive and really reassuring. They kept in regular contact and informed me of the progress in every stage. The cremation service was unattended but I was made aware of where it took place and from looking online at the chosen crematorium- I’m so happy- it looked modern, clean, peaceful in beautiful countryside setting! The delivery of ashes was well organised and considered. Very good service all round.
