Very pleased with the amount of one to one correspondence that kept us up to date with what was happening to my father. Found the whole process so easy, hubby had just what he wanted. First time ever without question from the wife, nothing was to much trouble and they talked me through all the steps necessary. Kerry phoned at each stage, without her support it would for have been difficult , we ( both of us ) where treated with all the respect necessary. It was very easy to request information and the form to fill in was very clear regarding the funeral options and what was included. The follow-up calls from Distinct were excellent and they took time to make sure that any questions that I had were answered. Overall, a very good experience.
