Customer experience is our number one priority at Distinct Cremations and we strive every day to create the best service possible for the families who come to us on a daily basis.
Below are the funeral plan and direct cremation reviews we've received from customers who followed their instinct with Distinct, as managed by the independent third party customer review websites Feefo, Trustpilot and Google.
Distinct cremations were excellent from first point of contact during such a difficult time loosing our much loved brother, Grace kept me updated on a regular basis, the empathy and her professionalism and understanding was amazing, always courteous sympathetic and extremely helpful and a credit to the company.
Very polite helpful lady on the phone took time to explain anything asked clearly answered any questions
From start to finish I can't fault any part of the service Distinct Cremations provided, at the worst time in my life I was helped so much everyone I spoke to was so caring and understanding, You only know how good a service is until you need to use it and unfortunately I needed to use it I can't rate the company and it's employee's highly enough especially my personal adviser Grace and Rachel
A very straightforward process to set up our Plans. The initial paperwork was very clear as was the online process of signing up. Good to have everything confirmed and documented via email once the Plans had been created.
My mother passed away recently and had stated she wanted to be cremated. I’ve not previously had to arrange a funeral service, and chose DC based on their TV advert starring Sue Cook. To paraphrase Cook on the advert, I’m glad I did.
I won’t post the name of the customer service agent who I dealt with from start to finish but that person was simply perfect in handling everything, from reassuring me in dealing with a circumstantial issue at the start of the process, right up to the cremation service and all points in-between.
Of course, one has to have an empathetic manner as standard when dealing with the very sensitive subject that is death but with the agent I felt it was more of a vocation, and not just a job. Trying to envisage their side of the conversation, it must be difficult to keep levels of sensitivity and empathy without having the ability to reassure the customer face-to-face, and dealing with the subject of death day in, day out must also effect the emotions of the agent on the other end of the telephone. I can only conclude that it’s a combination of having the role as a vocation, coupled with excellent staff training and monitoring.
It’s strange writing a review where it’s unlikely that I’ll be using the services of DC again but if you are in the sad position of having to arrange a cremation for someone recently lost, you really cannot go wrong in calling Distinct Cremations.
Could not have gone off better very nice people to deal with ,i was very pleased with every aspect of their handling of the passing of my daughter thank you
