If I could give a 10 I would from the moment I called to say my father had passed the staff were so respectful they understood my grief and allowed me to speak at my own pace. In my time I have had to arrange and plan two funerals and cremations for other people, so I am well aware of the task involved; so I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and simple it was to arrange my own funeral and cremation with Distinct Cremations; everything in the information pack I requested was clear and straightforward and I only had to telephone once just to make sure I had correctly understood the wording on one item. The great bonus is that the selected plan can be amended if the circumstances change in the future, plus I now carry a Distinct Cremations, card with me to inform that there is a prepaid funeral plan in place, and a number to telephone which will set things into motion.
