Grace was amazing, the whole process was so smooth and stress free during a stressful time. The whole team were so professional and supportive, every person I spoke to were incredible. My late Step Mum took this plan out to make it easier once she passed and I'm so thankful she did, even receiving her ashes back was a smooth process.
