We see the slick adverts on the telly, but do we really know what they say is what you get. Yes they deliver just what they say, and more. We have been to so many conventional funerals being in our seventies. How sad they are, so many people there in tears and heart broken. After a three hundred attended a funeral for a dear friend. We as a family knew that was not for us. Two weeks later , my fifty year old son my husband and l all took out a plan. It was very easy, with a lovely person on the end of the telephone. They explained how it worked not with high faluted, words just plain old English. They send us all the details in the post, which was just what we had been told on the telephone. We paid, and put the plans in a draw and forgot about them, not expecting to have to look at them for many years. How wrong we were, less than a year after taking them out, my now fifty one year old son suddenly died, he was alive at 3.25 died by five thirty. The shook you can't comprehend. After the usual ambulance police and coroner being called we then had to contact Distinct Cremations. We were dreading it. Was we covered it was less than a year, and we saw an empty medication bottle had he killed himself was he covered came into our minds. Yes he was covered. He had not killed himself he had a heart attack. The bottle was a red herring. But he was still no longer with us. All though the cremation arrangement's, we were kept informed. We were phone just to see how we were. Not interference, just a lovely voice on the end of the phone. All went well on the day of the cremation, we sat in the garden and talked about him, even had a laugh, it was lovely, l am not saying we didn't cry. It was very personal. And then his ashes were returned, In a lovely box. I wish my parents funeral was as lovely as my son. Maxine and the team will help you every step of the way. I trusted my son to them, and l think you can too.
Perfect and professional service from the start am vey pleased with my plan and would definitely recommend to others
