The brochure was well laid out and made choosing a comfortable, simple process. After payment, there were follow up calls should I have required them.
Extremely helpful from the first point of contact, there was never any pressure into what type of service needed/wanted, you were left to make your own choices (advice given if asked for). This was the first cremation we have had to sort out but felt looked after, cared for and informed all the way. The high level of service did not stop there, at the crematorium we were greeted and taken through what would happen as the ceremony went on, checking that all the music was right and when the curtains were to be opened and closed. We were given plenty if time for reflection after, at no point did we feel rushed or unwanted.
Before i purchased a funeral plan there were a few questions that i asked and the people at Distinct cremations could not have been more friendly or helpful nothing was too much trouble for them and when i purchased the plan again the people could not have been more helpful and a very speedy receipt of all my paperwork.
The website was very easy to use and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly. Once signed up, I received a folder in the post with all the information my sons and myself need. I would recommend this company.
