Both my husband and I have purchased a Distinct Cremations plan online. The form was easy to complete and the information available covered any concerns we had. There is also the option to pay a little bit extra to have a tree planted helping the environment. Option to have your plan posted out to you or receive by email. Very impressed that a representative rang a week later to check that we were happy with the plan. All the stress of our daughter having to arrange our funerals has simply disappeared. Thank you
Well, I haven't died yet so the experience is based only on my research with other cremation services and telephone calls with Distinct Cremations that treated my requests/questions with courtesy, and the understanding that I am getting organized in case I drop down suddenly. Quick responses by email, good conversations with Deanna, Customer Services Specialist.
