Fantastic more than I was expecting compared to other similar companies. Let me know throughout the process of everything time and date when the cremation was taking place couldn't of asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend them to friends which I have done so. I am hoping I won't have to do this again but if I do I will definitely be using distinct cremations. Thank you so much.

Prior to calling Distinct cremations today I'd already done 2 months of research into all the company's that deliver unattended cremations .The reasons for me choosing this company are many ,I liked the fact it's all done in their own crematoriums ,they also inform of the day and time of the service .My family can choose what song is played so they will be able to play it at their own gathering and my ashes if they so wish delivered to my family within 14 days of cremation I took out this policy to take away the heartache , expense and stress of dealing with my passing plus I wanted things done my way .I'd already discussed this with my family prior to getting in touch . The company seems a very dedicated and professional funeral director with a great team behind it .What I did like is the fact unlike some of the other company's I'd requested brochures and information they didn't ring me and try to pressure me into making a quick decision or having to agree to someone visiting my home to sort out what can be dealt with on the phone Today ( 29th Feb 2024) I've talked to a wonderful lady called Dea ,she was so patient and made me feel at ease it was a very pleasant and friendly informative chat .I was wasn't rushed in anyway I was given enough time to ask all the questions I had which were all answered . It's not the kind of conversation we look forward to discussing our future funeral but I feel a lot better now the decision has been made and it is at last sorted .Now once the paperwork arrives and Dea kindly rings me back in a few weeks with a courtesy call we can relax forget about it and get on with my life in the knowledge everything is sorted and paid for . I also took out a policy for my wife at the same time and she says she's happy now we can put the awkward questions and discussions to one side now. I have to say it was dealt with by Dea in a very professional way but so caring and we had some chuckles along the way I highly recommend that everyone spends time looking into all the company's and what they offer but fully recommend Distinct cremations as the best .
