Excellent service throughout from start to after receiving ashes back
From the beginning phone call every detail was dealt with such sincerity and professionalism. I was listened to and then advised of all the services available. You are not pressured into making any decisions but I felt I had contacted the right company from that first phone call. Kerry was so kind and kept me informed of everything that was happening even down to calling me to make sure the ashes had arrived when arranged. There is so much to organise but I didn't have to worry about anything as Kerry arranged it all. I was so grateful for all her help and suuport at such a sad and upsetting time.
