You have shown me respect, kindness, understanding, care, you gave me time to cry, sob until was able to talk to you. When my darling husband Tony passed away all the worries of what happens next with an unattended cremation was taken out of my hands. At this point I must say an enormous thank you to Sarah, she regularly phoned me with updates, to see how I was and explain the next steps. I wanted to put some photos in with Tony, again she phoned me to say they had safely arrived and were with Tony. Sarah informed me of the date, time and where Tony would be cremated, and asked if I had a choice of music to be played. My Tony was at Treswithian Downs crematorium in our beautiful Cornwall, as he laid in the Chapel of rest You're the best thing that ever happened to me was playing. Tony's ashes were returned on the day and time Sarah and Colin had arranged. Thank you all, I will be recommending you to family and friends.
