Very pleased with this plan just what I was after peace of mind
From my request for a catalogue to arranging for two cremations I found sympathetic and understanding staff. This was followed by my wife and I receiving the relevant policies, covering letters and finally follow up telephone calls asking if we had received the paperwork and asking if there was any questions. We had none. Overall a very good service. Thank you.
My initial conversation with a lady called Maxine was really helpful. She talked me through everything I needed to know and as my husbands passing was sudden she made the whole process really easy.
