Although this type of cremation wouldn’t have been my choice my parents decided this was what they wanted. The staff were very compassionate and helpful and gave easy to understand advice. There were several follow up calls which was a thoughtful touch. Whilst I remain a traditionalist I can understand why people would choose this type of no frills and hands off approach cremation service. My mother has now passed and my father has already got his arrangements in place.

I have found the whole process of setting up my funeral plan very easy and Ian who a dealt with was very patient and explained everything clearly and fully advised me of my choices. There was no hard sell or pressure to take a policy or to take a more expensive policy than I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company

My mom wished for me to deal with my brother's unattended cremation, as she was too distraught to deal with it. I did a search and found Distinct Cremations to be the most appealing for our needs. From the initial telephone call with Darren, and then follow up dealings with Alice, I can say that the whole process was very caring and considerate.
