The whole process of taking out a Distinct Cremation plan was easy from start to finish. I used the online form which was easy and quick to fill in. There are several options for the plan and everything was explained and easy to understand. Once I had taken out the plan, all paperwork was sent to me within days. I also received a phone call to ask if everything was in order and offering help if there was a problem. It's good to know that my family hasn't got to worry about my funeral arrangements and it will all be paid for.

We went with distinct cremations as they had a good write up on everything about them spoke to them on the phone to ask about booking our cremation lovely lady on the phone went through everything from beginning to end all paperwork was sent through for us to read all booked no need for family to worry about all the arrangements now and they are always on the end of the phone if any questions need answering thank you regards Mr & Mrs Woolley
Distinct Cremations were amazing from the first point of contact on the day my father died to the day after his ashes were delivered to me. They kept me frequently updated with the different stages. They were always courteous, sympathetic and extremely helpful. A difficult time was made so much easier to navigate. Leah, Jade and Alice are exceptional at their jobs and are a credit to the company. I would definitely use again when next needed, hopefully not too soon though
