I was talked through the whole procedure with kindness , compassion and knowledge. I was even given the option of having a more environmental coffin , plus a tree planted . This was for a small extra charge. Yes I would definitely recommend Direct Cremation.

We went with distinct cremations as they had a good write up on everything about them spoke to them on the phone to ask about booking our cremation lovely lady on the phone went through everything from beginning to end all paperwork was sent through for us to read all booked no need for family to worry about all the arrangements now and they are always on the end of the phone if any questions need answering thank you regards Mr & Mrs Woolley
