The whole process from start to finnish was handled in a professional and courteous manor. Every member of staff I had dealings with were caring, efficient and very respectful.
From my request for a catalogue to arranging for two cremations I found sympathetic and understanding staff. This was followed by my wife and I receiving the relevant policies, covering letters and finally follow up telephone calls asking if we had received the paperwork and asking if there was any questions.
