I have only purchased a plan not actually used one

Recommended by a colleague , after doing my own research decided way for me, very helpful customer service got me through the application and answered my queries . Actual paperwork came very quickly, & filed with will & LPAs. Having had an experience of a relative having a direct burial whose daughters had not been told, which caused a lot of angst, I would suggest there should be a number of advice leaflet for relatives/ friends to make sure they know about individuals wishes not just 2 small cards in the pack.The proof of the pudding …etc. I will never know if this is a good thing or not ! so I’m hoping my loved ones will find it straight forward .

Death is a subject no one wants to talk about. But, it happens to us all and Distinct Cremations made everything really simple to to talk about what we wanted done when the time comes. The process was very easy and the price was better than expected. We highly recommend Distinct Cremations

Excellent Company had a fantastic lady Yasmin who helped and advised me through the process . The whole process from calling not long after my father in law passed away( no plan in place) and I had no clue what I was doing, Yasmin was excellent and made the stress go away. Distinct cremation. What can I say. Unbelievable service very comfortable talking to someone regarding your passing. It's not something ppl like to discuss. But they made the whole thing manageable thank you Distinct cremation.
