Our attended cremation services offer choices to suit how you would like to say goodbye. Our 30 or 60 minute services can be family-led or led by a professional celebrant. You can personalise the funeral to reflect your loved one with music, flowers, order of service booklets, a choice of urn and many more special touches.
Pure Cremation offer a simple service at the crematorium as an add-on to their unattended cremations. They don’t offer dedicated attended cremation funerals or attended funeral plans.
There will be no changes to your plan and you have nothing to worry about - your funeral plan with Distinct Cremations is completely safe.
When the time comes, your nominated representative will contact us. Your personal funeral arranger will help them with all the details, including the legally required paperwork and arrangements.
If you have purchased a funeral plan with a single payment or over a period of up to 12 months, you can cancel your funeral plan within the first 30 days and receive all your money back. If you cancel after 30 days you will get most of your money back, minus a £275 cancellation fee.
If you have purchased a funeral plan over 5 or 10 years and cancel your plan within 12 months, you will get a full refund of all payments paid. If you cancel after 12 months (the moratorium period), your instalments will stop and you will not be entitled to any refund of the money you have already paid. You can read more on our T&Cs page.
